The Jamaican "bloke" is quite handsome. It's a shame he got caught up in the wrong group of Muslims. I have inlaws who are Muslims, and they are wonderful people. Shame that they have to be on the defensive because of a few fools.

I am talking about 2 levels on which changes are needed...macro and systemic:

- US and UK foreign policy that touches on the middle East question, the inequatible distribution of wealth throughout the world and the North American and UK companies that make MEGA profits at the expense of the citizens of the countries in which they have their foreign offices
- interpersonal - if someone is raised in the US, Canada or the UK or if they attend university in those countries and find that they are ignored, shunned and treated poorly by their White neighbours, co-workers, classmates, etc. why would they return to their countries with a love of the US, the UK or Canada....think about it.

I can't believe with all the discussion and coverage in the news you still don't have a clue why a lot of people are royally ticked!!

Being "royally ticked" and commiting a suicide attack are very different things. You seem pretty ticked off to me. Are your feelings motivating you to kill yourself?

Yes, he's quite handsome, man! From reading what his family stated, I remember the saying "still waters run deep." The shock that the family must be in...aye sah "dere but for the grace of God goes *I*" All one needs is for 'their' child to be caught up with the wrong group...no body knows what they REALLY do when they are not in the house; no matter what good values parents try to instill in them...dey most certainly haff MY sympathy. Tropicana, this is not meant as an attack and not to go off topic but what I've noticed is that you are suspicious of anyone who pulls you up on your motions. The second someone challenges you reckon they are "hiding" or posting under an alias. Many people read sometimes for years without the impulse to post. You are not the only one with an opinion or who have travelled. Give everyone the same opportunity to express their opinion without ridicule as you always cry that you need, please, and do not pretend that you do not know who I am because you have PM'd me in the past.

I wish to thank all those who gave their opinions and stirred me to think, thse who threw new light on the problem of terrorists and their modus operandi. Even though the thread had veered off on a tangent, and even though intolerance had tried to rear it's ugly head, on a whole it was very informative.

Now, J-Kid, before this disintegrates into one of those mudslinging episodes, kindly close this and most of all PLEASE archive, thanks in advance.

Surely, you cannot possibly be serious. You had no issues with corresponding with me when you send PMs asking for support on threads where you were being attacked though. Tropicana, you do not need to become emotional on every challenge.
