Geo, that little Justin is really quite cute and he sounds charming. Sounds like you had an adventurous and enjoyable trip this time. Glad to see that you and Ms.S are back together as you have always desired her most of all.

Morning brings a wasted me ,g’freiend is sleeping, I am out to find something to wake me it’s…10am.
I get coffee and two omelets at the restaurant in our resort. Back to the room with the coffee and food.
Breakfast in bed for my friend and the Jacuzzi for my body.

Just as I am finally coming awake my friend tells me the boys want to come down for the pool. In 30 minutes they’re in our room.

OH, the chatter…I have a hang over..... they’re all high on life. They’re at the ocian, the pool… the Jacuzzi…Oh the energy.
I saw Tuckers mom again at the beach, they have moved again or are moving again to the big villa on the beach.

I have a call from another friend she is coming in to Negril and wants to cook diner for g’friend and me tonight.
NOW I must try to send the guys on their way back to Montego Bay.

Our friend arrives…I get some more money at the cambio.... were off to the Market for more stuff.
This could be a disaster if the guys stay, I wanted a quiet night with diner, sunset, TV and DVD’s .

When we get back I have to help the boys get their stuff together. They wear leather…. how can they do this, anything for fashion I am told.
They’re changing their cell phone covers to match their watches, that match their shirts.

Soon there on their way back to Montego Bay and I am happy we will have a quiet night …the food is starting to be prepared I take a walk to see the sunset.

When I get back to the room the food is smelling up the place.

Chicken Curry, I love this food.
So much so that I eat it in Phoenix at a Vietnamese’s restaurant 3 times a week.
Since I changed my eating habits, 5 monts ago, I have lost 17 pounds.
DvDs, TV and a quiet night.

The next morning I am again down to the Bird to get coffee than back to cook breakfast.
The food from last night, a huge 8-egg scramble, are all good for the am.

Today we must move to an up stairs unit on the beach. This place has a wonderful view of the ocean… the only thing that has been missing on this trip.

I take it on my self to move our place to the new place. It’s up and down for about an hour. The food is there for all to eat… me I am so tired I need the Jacuzzi when I am finished.

Solomon comes over for a short visit. I am informed this is beauty shop day..... hair and nails are on the menu. I give the girls a budget.

Solomon and I sit smoking and drinking juice. I see tuckers mom and her hubbie moving from the upstairs unit across from us to the downstairs unit that the Italians were In…. except theirs something wrong with one of the places. All the maintenance people are around the units.

I am summoned to the salon to give the girls more cash …women!
Soon the girls are back and WOW the hair is perfect…. nails are outrageous.

Tonight is a small gathering of the Ja.com people at 3-Dives. I want to be there by sunset. I am on the road waiting for a friend from the Bird.
Bim is my friend…...... he is walking down to Tony’s cab.
We have known each other for 3 years and I value his friendship.
He is a very private person about his personal life, we chat for some time than I run back to get ready for diner.
This is taking way to long to get ready, I am ready in about 10 minutes, shower, shave, clean shirt and were ready.

Geocox, the man for all seasons. Good to his friends, very good. If all who profess to be this and that and crown theslves with self righteous halos and are ready to accuse without evidence ever even took a grounded leaf out of Geo`s book, they`d realize that saying is quite different than doing. The boys in leather - I used to have a leather mini I would wear in Jamaica. Everyone loved it. They used to say - Jamaican's love things out of season. Found out they also like long sleeve shirts and shoes. I had a friend male that always insisted I wear complete shoes when I went out with him. No sandals. Interesting.

We are finally out on the road on our way to 3-Dives for food. We missed the sunset on the cliffs and probly missed most of the Ja.com people.
When we arrive there is a table filled with couples. Many I am assuming are from the board. Rasta Stan is there with his wife. They do many nice things for schools in the area.

Many people on this board give back to the community that they visit during their vacation. Where else in the world do people do this?
Most just, drink, eat, never get involved with the community around them.

I also saw Suzi, a pretty, lady. She and her husband were at the same table.
Than there was the person who sent me a prayer to say at my mothers grave shortly after she died recently.
I will say this Sunday when I visit my Mothers grave on Mothers day.
Stealheworld…. she really moved me in a time we need friends, thank so much good lady.
I had missed others that had left already, I understand others came later also.

We were starving, the place was packed, our food was to come late.
The girls ordered Curry Goat, I ordered Lobster, which came very late.

I wasn’t very social that night, I think I had expended to much energy to early moving everything. The group started breaking up soon and we were left to our selves.

Thank God the Curry Goat came fast so I did have something to munch on ;my g’friends meal.
We drove back to Rondel filled….and 1/2 smashed. An early evening was planed. I was sitting up smoking….. the girls went to sleep.

Soon there was a knock on the door, here was Sienna and Solomon. Sienna had in her hand the Original Lap Top I had brought down to her 2 years ago..Some might remember, at a party Sienna’s Lap Top was trashed.
So I took contributions from people on this board to purchase her a Lap Top that I brought down on my next trip..

Now the screen didn’t work any more. Sienna wanted me to take it back to see if someone in the states could fix it.
We were talking about the trip tomorrow to Montego Bay.
This would be a different trip because our friend needed to be driven to her house near Middle Quarters.

I had always wanted to see the country North through New Market..Darliston..Woodstock..Bethel Town in to Chester Castle.
On our way up to Montego Bay where we will spend our last night.

Solomon,Sienna and I talked for some time …enjoying our last night together here in Negril. As soon as they left I crashed.


Morning brought a surprise..... when I was at the Bird for my coffee they informed me that breakfast would be served on the beach in 30 minutes. I almost ran back to tell the girls......"it’s breakfast on the beach at the Bird".



What a treat to just walk down to the Bird and eat in the sand close to the water.


Look at that wonderful food.




When ever your close to The Bird… check and see what day this breakfast is held. Please show up, you won’t regret it.

All our Bird friends were there, Jim the owner, Andréa the Manager and the other employees that work early.
After we finished we strolled back, the girls packed and went down to the pool for a last dip. I pulled everything together and prepared for Solomon’s arrival..

Quickly we load up Solomon’s van. I pay a few dollars to Rondel, give some of the help tips,we’re almost ready.
When you’re staying in a resort like Ronde I have found that if I tip the maids each day it works out much better than trying to find them at the end.
If you leave on the mades day off, she might miss that money, believe me they value the tips.

Of we go rolling down the road, girls resting .... me looking at Negril for the last time this trip.

Down through Sav La Mar..down to Bluefield’s and our first stop.


It’s Peter Toshs' memorial for a look.

We take a turn at Sandy Ground towards Luana and than the tree.



This is the biggest or the oldest tree on the island. Our friend is sitting on the tree just look at its size.


Soon the shrimp ladies. I had never taken this trip and had never eaten this shrimp.




I did live in New Orleans for a year and these look very much like Crawdads. I just love the way the ladies package the shrimp. Mmmmmgoooooooood!!! We gorge our selves on the tasty creatures and soon were at the house of our friend.


A turn up to Whitehall and were going up towards New Market where we stop to get some supplies.

Nice quiet little country town nestled is a group of small hills.

. Now is where we get in to trouble.
My g’friend insists she knows the way Solomon is constantly challenged by roads the intersect and it’s tough to know which road to take. This is there trip I am just enjoying all the new country.

Darliston is our next stop,..Just a stop for drinks and some phone cards just in case we get really lost.

Later there will be a lot of talk to my g’friends mother who will help us through the worst and the worst is to come.


We turn east to Wood stock and that’s where it got crazy.



The drops start on the windshield; we are continuing to go up higher.


The rain is crashing down and it’s really tough to see the road. There is no guide rail on the canyon side of the road and George is getting a little tense.




Ohooo the rain is crashing down, the road is washing out , we are close to being lost. We haven’t seen another car in 45 minutes and I’m worried.


My g’friend is insisting were going in the right direction. Her mother is on the phone directing us.When I see the Bethel Town sign I know we are going in the right direction…next town Chester Castle then the main road to Montego Bay.

I have some friends in Whitehall. It is confusing up that way if you don't know the roads.

I sure wish I had some of those spiced shrimp right now. I can eat bags and bags of them. The hotter the better.
