Re: Update on "THE BIG MOVE"
[img]/forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]Well, FINALLY the windows have been installed, very professionally, I might add & without any glitches....the guys do have to come back this Wed. to put on the sealant. They look gorgeous and really make the house look complete!
I STILL will not be able to put in any furnishings until the grills are up..(just don't want to take the chance)...grill man is coming today (at least, supposed to) to measure the windows and commence grillmaking.....somehow I have a feeling that they will NOT be completed & installed by the time I have to go back to the States on the 17th, only one week away....soooo, that means the moving in and decorating will have to wait till I return on June 6th.
My 2 puppies are growing like weeds and so adorable, both with distinct personalities!....I've already watched them in action when they are making mischief and one will go first, and then the other one will sit back for a minute (you can almost see the wheels turning in his head) and then , guess he figures if the other one is doing it, I might as well jump right in too, and he does!!
They definately know the meaning of the word "NO", spoken in a way, and "BAD" and are quite responsive...(sometimes I have to turn my head, to keep them from seeing me smile, when I reprimand them because the look on their faces is sooooooo guilty and sad when they run back with their tail drooping)........BUT, I have had problems in 2 areas...I have one garden that is not planted with actual plants yet, ( I actually did plant seeds there, but they have dug up that garden 3 times now, so right noe it is just dirt)....they seem not to be able to resist the temptation there, although THEY DID RESIST FOR THE LAST 2 MORNINGS, SO THEY MAY HAVE NOW LEARNED IT'S OUT OF LIMITS...will post now before I lose this
