right here in toronto they are considering tolling the only two access highways into donwtown.

eta..in new yor all access to manhattan is tolled


London has introduced city access tolls also.

even the highways entering Buffalo NY are tolled.

Are they going to stop the trains from being upgraded.
Are they going to force the access roads to be kept in a state of disrepair?
If you want buy a pound a fish do you have to pay toll back and forth to get it?

For over three years I have been posting against the toll roads, I have posted numerous pages of info on the proposed Highway. Recently my mega Hard Drive was destroyed with tons of info on it. Anyway I have other sources mostly in audio. To find the info you have to mine the toll agreement it is not that evident and I think is a section 25 or so. I will look at what they post online, do a search of other sources and then find and post the info.
