The PNP was voted out last year.

The World Banks estimate the economy has not moved from zero in 35 years. The World Bank also said one Category 4 Hurricanes will put out into the stone ages. So is enough empirical evidence that Jamaica is broke.
A recent study done showed that Jamaicans living in Jamaica were the happiest folks in the known world. It does not remove the fact that the country is broke and that the PNP Governments have been monumentally corrupt

Eddie Blinds tried that and he was way more capable that Bruce, he had better results keeping a lot of the PNP entrenched worker bees, but found out that the he could not stop them from plotting his downfall inside walls of the old hive.

Bruce is way less capable and have shown his lack of ability even before the Elections by making great miscues in selection of personnel and running a campaign.
After the Elections he compounded his Campaign mistakes by selecting what must rank as the single worst Cabinet in the History of Independent Jamaica. Intentionally sideling superior talent who he thought represented views that conflicted with his various backing pals and rewarding the loyal buddies and the Union even though he himself was not known as a Union Man.

So I hold no hope for any progressive movement beyond stopping MHRs from directly raiding the till. On crime, Human Rights, Justice and the economy we are not going anywhere despite the best efforts of a hobbled Ministers such an Audley Shaw and Dorothy Lighbourne.

I would never say that you said that.
All I am saying is that neither you nor anyone else has a cure under capitalism and that's because if you look around the world you will find only a few exceptions to the rule like Singapore whose economic model is not usable in Jamaica.

What gives you hope?

What can get Jamaica rolling ?
