Wow I wish I had seen this earlier I could have saved you a hundred hours. I can refresh a drive in about 5 minutes then have XP format and load all the updates on which takes about 8 hours. The wipe of the drive and the partition is done in DOS, which is a thousand times faster than doing in Windows.
