Hi everyone! Weather here still nice for me. I like it a little cooler and it has been obliging me this year.

Hi QK. Thanks for asking about Ted and me. Doing fine. Things are picking up a likkle for his craft booth. His renovation has really helped.

My laptop keyboard is acting up. Even if you hit the key hard sometimes it doesn't work. GRRR!!

Nooks, all that talk about enchiladas is making my mouth drool. I love them and usually order enchiladas at the Mexican restaurant when I return. I can also make a mean one too out of ground beef.

Roots, it never cases to amaze me on the beautiful pics you post. Keep up the good work.

a bit of news ... just found out today that cousin ShellyAnne is pregnant with their first baby. she is about 5 months along ~

I was so surprised ... well - he said he was SURE he had told me!!!

He told me the story of having a dream that he and Shelly were catching fish together ... ... well - he knew that we were not looking forward to any more children - one each has to be sufficient ... so that meant it HAD to be Shelly that had a belly full a baby.

He called Aunty Peggy right away and told of his dream ... and she and Shelly did laugh and giggle ... confirming his dream / premonition.

I remember when he told me he had the dream ... but I did not remember him ever mentioning it again .... he insists that I must believe his dreams & premonitions ...

YeeHaa ... she will make a sweet sweet mother ~

made my final final decision regarding which date to arrive ... gonna keep things as they are, and arrive after the funeral and all the family gatherings. Boss Lady is traveling this week & we would only have one day together before I would have to leave ....

with things as they are in the working and job environment these days ... must not rock any boats ~ must keep myself 'as indespensable' as possible ... gotta make her keep NEEDING ME!!

I wish I could have been able to reach for everything ... Grave Digging, Dead Yard & Funeral ... but - just not this time.

it is all good ~
with a shorter trip this time - I may be able to reach back when the baby comes ~

Congrats on the baby to the family! It's always so nice when they are someone else's you can pass them on when you get tired of holding them!

I am sick of cold! It was only a high of 7 today with windchill of 17 below. It is almost mid march and tonight might be 20 below. I WANT TO HAVE A TANTRUM. Therefore I just did by typing that!

Its okay (((Nanook))) you deserve to have a tantrum with what you put up with from that weather.

It was warm here again today, maybe low 70's.

I just came back from a track meet for my oldest grandson, he was doing the long jump, his first time ever doing track and field.

His school was once a college campus, talk about getting lost on the school grounds, they have about 5 or 6 maybe more entrances. Finally found it, paid my $5.00 to get in and only caught his last jump!

Hey NDG and Roots! I haven't started Spring cleaning yet! This is a good thing because usually I do it too early. Just because it says Spring on the calender doesn't mean anything to the mother nature family up here! They taunt us terrible well into June.

Anyway, this time I will only have to do Spring cleaning once! I will do it closer to when I can open a window and therefore when I open the windows won't want to do it all over again!

Anyway, I cannot even imagine 70. I keep my heat of 55 and 60 so I really cannot imagine 70!

Yaaay for Mexican! I am eating my last slow cooked pork enchilada in a little while. Not so sure what is on tomrrows agenda but it will most likely be in the Mexican variety!

You know I will never leave here! As soon as the weather breaks I will be reminded of why it is that I stay.
