Oh that is just too funny! I know what a load of flowers like that looks like. I got dozens upon dozens of roses once, that filled my whole apartment. I were so shocked! I almost fainted dead away but they sure smelled good and were pretty!

Howdy Seveen!

Still working on the cupboard in the kitchen. It was painted a dark plum/cranberry color by the last tenant. It has 4 glass paned doors, each with 10 panes that need primer before painting, inside & out.
Plus it's where I keep all my glassware, dishes, etc. So everything needs to come off the shelves while I prime & paint. Then all that has to dry before the stuff goes back in. I am working on the 2 middle shelves & the top half of the doors today. The top shelf will need the help of a tall young sumaddy who can get into that area. I have 9 foot ceilings and this cupboard tops out at over 8 feet!!
Of course, I'm doing all this while standing on a chair with a padded seat. Real good for the legs.

Once that's done I'll freshen up all the window frames with a coat of white.

Next paint project will be painting the end walls in my LR/DR to match my funky marine blue drapes. I'm leaving that job to mi bway.

Hope Easter was good, nuff nyaminngs for me, had the entire family over and me and the Mr. did ourselves proud with the cooking. Well he di most of the cooking or rather all My Mom, her husband, little bro, my Granpere and his wife and couple cousins, Aunt and their spouses. I had oxtail, which noone would eat bout they cannot eat that....brite so more for me.

I went to church this morning with my Granpere and his wife, anyway what a pastor dayummmm boring, so went outside a bit and decide to sit in the car and fell asleep, the Mr. came out to look for me and we both fell asleep in the car lawd...now everyone is mad at me. Anyway my take on this church thing is to get preachers that hold the congregation attention if I want to sleep I will stay home.

Got most of the cupboard done with primer and a first coat of white. The whole outside could use a 2nd coat. The inside is fine.
The top shelf inside is too high for me to reach without a ladder. I'll just have sean come & finish that for me.

Soooo... it was a baby filled Easter Sunday.
3 great grandkids in one day, my mom was lovin it!!

Ethan is now up to 11.5 pounds and the sweetest little man ever!! He goes to just about anyone without a fuss. He either watches your every word or snuggles in for a nap.
He's smiling up a storm now too!!
This was actually his very first family holiday.

The star of the show... Ethan Michael!!

Monday again...

Yes the boy is just awesome. Nice & solid. Rolls in his legs. In that pic he was staring at his mom's cousin, whom he'd never met before. Paying attention to everything she said.
All the attention he got in his first months and all the different nurses hauling him around with them, has made him quite social.
But watch his head whip around when Grandma speaks!

On anothr note, you see that idiot woman who JUMPED INTO A POLAR BEAR EXHIBIT!!
What part of big giant critter with big teeth and razor sharp claws made you want to join them for a swim?!?!

Speaking of fur...did ya hear the Obama girls have a new puppy? What a great choice. I am so glad they didn't get a labradoodle or goldendoodle!
