Good afternoon! I just woke from my my nap and needed a caffine fix....just drank a 16 oz coke zero. Lawd what is wrong with me? I've not had one in over a week.

My walking/running shoes were getting sole bare so I decided I would go shopping for some new ones. I was gonna try to settle for a middle of the line pair. I tell you walking/running shoes are made so cheap nowdays.....I hate all that plastic they put pon them. Oh my I tried on the most expensive ones in Academy and OMG what a huge difference! I caughed up the extra $$ for them....it's way worth it in the long run I guess.

Schultz, nothing like good quality shoes. If you HAVE TO wear them quality makes such a difference.
Our office is casual, jeans, sandals, sneakers everyday. Rule is no flip flops. But what makes a flip flop NOT a sandal?

My feet don't care for regular sandals, they're always arguing with them somewhere. But they LOVE flip flops!

Last year I had a pair of black flips decorated with black beads.
Couldn't find a pair this year so I found a pair of black ones and some rhinestone shoe clips and have transformed my ordinary flips into elegant sandals...

I wear them every day that it's not raining.

Marnin Annshan! I don't quite feel scared like in the cute pic...I'm more or less dragging though! The Sunday Blues was too good to leave early. We're all getting pumped for the Bayfront Blues Festival!

Yipeeeee Blues Week is upon us once again!

I was such a SLUG yesterday. Took a shower and got back in my jammies. Puttered around a bit, cleaned a bit, but didn't really accomplish anything major.

I've got 3 days of training at work the end of the week. I'm hoping this puts me one step closer to working from home!

I was slugging it all weekend as well ... slept late. gosh - it seems I just miss so much during the week - haffi catch up on the weekends.

Nanook I can't believe you've been to Ja so many times and haven't had a gizzada! But then again, you bring down Mexican food.
Its a coconut sweet made with brown sugar in a pastry crust.
