The little cottage is sitting there still I imagine. I have no desire to go back to Little Bay again ever, same way as many who left the area in the past few years won't go back. Some who had land that was involved in the John from Coconuts mess just walked away and some, like the Humble Boy Club guys that had the little guesthouse on the beach were evicted at the beginning of the Coconuts/John saga, and around that time besides 2 other murders before John's, someone burned down Renee's place. Lots of really bad juju went down in that area for a while and I have no clue what it is like now nor do I care. There are more people than fingers on both hands that I know won't even go to LB nowadays and most of them had a little place on that leased and or in someones yard.

Someone once offered to go get the little cottage since it is small and movable, but NO. I don't really want anything to do with it and I would worry about the repercussions of that on their behalf. Half of the wood was already cut and cured from over at Shaggy's place before I even entered the picture and well..I don't want to see anyone getting hurt. I had a weeks hotel rental amount invested in the place &amp; in the end...if I had it all to do again, I would.

It is the good memories that make me not want to go back. A heartless criminal wiped off the face of the earth a wonderful caring and giving human being.. I have heard plenty rumblings and believe me, if I were to go there it would not be pretty. Between that and the John/Coconuts saga, well...C'est a vie.

I want to remember LB, and places I associate the good times with as a sacred memory and my way of doing that is to remember it the way it was, not the way it is.

Hence, if/when I return to the island I will go to new locations never before visited and start my never ending thirst for adventure somewhere new. It might not be Jamaica though, there is a whole big world to explore and to tell you the truth, Alaska is more on my mind these days.

Do I give him money? Most definitely, but he also gives me money. We are talking about a marriage without a license relationship. Marriage is out of the question, because I would lose too many benefits from my deceased husband's pension. Ted says we don't need a piece of paper to be married and he is right.

I woud like to think that other couples have made a go of this type of relationship and look forward to hearing from them on this thread. Also see Wahalla's comments on page 3. </div></div>

Thanks. I found it on Amazon but really did not want to buy it. We use Blockbuster on line. I'm not joining Netflix too.

I hear ya, but if you haven't done netflix yet, you can join for 2 weeks then cancel anytime before the 2 weeks is up. Free.

I did the 2 week trial on netflix. returned a movie YESTERDAY on my way to work. I got an email confirmation that they already received it back!!
So I've cancelled.
