i've had a few "flings" in jamaica
and elsewhere - back in the day 
and i even "imported" abu's dad
met him the uk - never imported or tried to import anyone else
most of the time for me it was eyes wide open and just "fun" - hey sometimes you can have love for a day, a week, a year and lifetime
most of the time my fling men - got flung back into whatever they were doing when i met them when my vacation is over - if i see 876 on my phone - i don't answer
plus it's nice to have a fresh start each time you go
now i'm retired

You see the difference IMOP between Ochie and Negril in Ochiee you don't really know that they are gigs..They are very subtle in their approach and most of them work too. Then there are the obvious ones but not as obvious as Negril...
I agree. The gigaho's are more obvious in Negril.Comment

Yeah I have had the same sexual parntern for the last 18 years and the longest time we ever spent together in the same residence is three months in that period I spend less than 30 % of my time resident in the same house as her. We work this out on an annual basis for tax reasons.. I currently have maintain three different residencies in three different countries.. You should see my house key ring.. 6 house keys.. two ID fobs and a small flash light!
from tueday next week I am off, I wont see her for at least 76 days. This year was good I spent a total of 52 days full days with her!!!!
I was on here for about 5 years and I was telling her the dramas related on here without realizing this truth.. Till she pointed out that you guys are amatuers compared to us! She pointed out that in the last 18 years.. I have missed every single of her birhtday and every single aniversary...
She is the mother of my children, a director of my company...and she is a stay at home mum...
so all the drama as far as I am concered is simple ego driven posturing superfluious noise.. Either you are commited or you or not... It is that simple...Comment

Yes there are exceptions like Wahalla and his lady, and Ted and me. Ted and I were introduced by the guide that took me around the island when I first found Jamaica. Ted is quiet and unassuming. The guide is the one that told me Ted liked me. It really hurts Ted when Jamaicans under their breath call him "Rentadread", but they say it just loud enough for him to hear. I told him to ignore them because we know what our relationship is, and it doesn't matter to me what they say.
Our relationship is one of around 6 months together and 6 months apart with weekly talks on the phone when separated. Some peeps have asked if I trust him when I'm gone, and of course I do, but I also mentioned that he has to trust me too. A friend of ours, N, says that she has known "Mat Man", as she calls him, for over 15 years and has never seen him with another woman.
Yes, I have Jamaicans come up to me and tell me what they would like to do in bed with me, and the marriage proposals abound. That to me is just the fun of being in Jamaica. I usually retort that my Jamaican man would not like to hear what was just said to me. They back off immediately, sometimes with apologies.
So LDR do work if the love and respect for each other is there.Comment

The reason you don't see the juicy trip reports is because the "ANGELS ON EARTH" were judgemental to the posters. All those "Christians" who obviously never sinned or had sex outside of marriage (plenty --) were harsh in passing judgement. (Obviously they never heard of "Judge not, lest ye be judged.)
