i think the most damning evidence that i could present would be this simple fact.

EYE can understand bluspeak...and as we all know...i am NOT jamaican....nor do i speak patois. blu speak babylon oyinbo mzungu patois.

i choose to use this evidence to point out to the defendant that another non-jamaican can understand him so therefore trying to say that only jamaicans can understand him is false. and to point out that the said non-jamaican does not speak patwa and out right said that the defendant does not speak patwa either but some other broken messed up something or another
