I was just giving an example of what happens here in NJ being a real estate agent.

No one is assuming he is illegal - he admits it.

I'm not against this man - I hate the term &quot;illegal&quot; and I know he was just trying to provide for his family. As a man he every right to do try and make a better life for himself and his children.

But...you cannot legally purchase a home using a child's ssn and no legal signatures.

Yes, you can title or deed property to anyone you choose, but the actual sale documents are what's being called into question because there were no signatures on them. That's why I said there was fraud on the part of the mortgage company and title company/attorney. Come to think of it, how could the seller's attorney not catch it at the time he purchased it?

The deal fell apart during the title searcj because no legal signatures were on any docs.

oh and can i ask a question ummmmmmmmmm who sign the loan papers di 2 yo girl? oh, she can't sign? Oh ok, did her lawyer that SHE paid for provide daddy with POA oh she's only 2. so tell me what income did this 2 yo provide tot he bank to get the loan?

GA doesn't require both parties plus the bank to have legal representation, only one lawyer and if that one is being paid off oh well

No there is nothing hypocritical about this Tax Policy is different from Immigration Matters. Anyway they have stop offering these because folks are screaming about it and not taking into consideration all the arguments.

soo Lorenzo Jimenez loses his home where he made timely payments on for donkey years to a woman who refused to pay the rent, damaged the home in addition to ruin his livelihood (while illegal) in the US. I wonder if she was thinking she could now get the house to foreclose &amp; get the house for free.
