so legally as long as him mek him payments - wedda im get deport or not - the house still belongs to him...

As to the use of his 2yo SS# - I think the guy made the best decision he could given the situation he was in... if he had ruined the childs credit and abused it I could understand - but he made timely payments apparently and his intent was to have his name added...

Of course farrina from anyweh can own property I dont tink dat a di shocker fi some of us it is the fraud that must have gone along with obtaining the mortgage i.e. mekkin di pickney &quot;purchase&quot; the house.

</div></div> It is commin practice in Jamaica for people to buy property in their minr childrens name. My parents di,and i bought a property in my daughter's name when she was minths old.
She is an adult now and has been benefitting from the income off ot for some time now.
many Americans told me how illadvised it was, even the bank manager,but I did it anyway, because i knew something then that they didn't....

According to the story them man was paying his bills, the lady coveted the property and when the For Sale sign went up she entered into an agreement with him re the per the property.
Without any further information it a grand projection to say this man set out to commit some kind of fraud. Why didn't he buy 10 properties on his daughter’s good credit?
