thank you. It is always astounding to me that on this board if you look at an issue and come away with a different conclusion other than what is held be certain folks then you are in denial, dont know yourself, arent black enough and the rest of the nonsense.

Reading is truly fundamental but so is comprehension.

To think outside the box and actually take an objective and rational approach is frowned upon. Only chatting the same agenda is accepted.

Nothing uswe or sukuna - especially Sukuna - could be twisted into self-hate and denial, but yet ppl manage to do it. Really read what has been said by her and you will see a more pro-black stance than anyone else in this thread.

i guess you haven't been reading the thread;
sukuna especially seems hell bent on shooting down any argument that the ancient egyptians were black...by either denying it or saying it's not important or doesn't matter...
he/she doesn't offer any evidence or theories to refute that premise, just basically playing 'devil's advocate';
and never answered me when i asked if he/she believes that black africans played any role in ancient egypt...

well look at it this way, God, IF they did have tech like flying machines and such, technology and mechanical advancements don't leapfrog each other- what I mean is that scientific knowledge is applicable across a broad spectrum- one technology is applied in many different ways and to many different purposes. Like how military tech often descends to civilian purpose- like the internet we are all using.

so if they had a flying machine, they wouldn't just have a flying machine, or a battery made from a clay jar, you feel me? We would have examples out the wazoo of all these different wonderful kinds of things going on. If they had lightbulbs like how I read on this other site, how come we don't see everything else that a lightbulb would entail...circuits and lightswitches to turn on the Giza strip. Now could be there is this stuff buried under the sand or something, but a mark against that would be there is no surviving *body* of evidence for all these things in external sources. If Ramses took the leer to sign the treaty the Hittites would have made mention- so on and so forth...

hey the pictures of those objects are a mystery to me as well as you...i don't know what it signifies; what i do know is that one of those airplane models they found in ancient egypt, they built a modern model plane with the same exact dimensions and it flew...
i saw it on a show...so they obviously knew the design of modern airplanes and gliders...
but that is another topic;
they could have possibly been more SPIRITUALLY advanced than so-called modern man...
in either case they were africans which makes me proud

they didn't need to 'develop a sense of their place as africans'...
they were already africans living in africa; they always contended that their ancestors came from the south; and the 18th &amp; 25th dynasties, which were dominated by nubians, was seen as a return to orthodoxy after invasions by hysksos, hittites, etc.
the onus is on the racist egyptologists...they are the ones who have to answer for at what point they decided it would be better to portray these remarkable people as europeans, even when monumental evidence disputed that...there were definitely some later dynasties that were not dominated by the african type, and rome even conquered at a time...but by this time it was no longer the pharaonic egypt as invaders had always tried to conquer egypt until they finally succeeded;
but the south/nubia was always seen by them as the source of their civilization...pyramids are found in nubia but NOT in the lands of the hysksos or hittites;

25th dynast nubian king taharka in the bible 'book of kings' is described as 'king of egypt &amp; ethiopia'
