The so-called discussions turned toxic decades ago, I have nothing to do with this.
This is the same intellectually deficient arguments use to persecute the Jews in NAZI Germany.
Somehow you have to make the Chinese/Whites/Indians/Lebanese/Syrians responsible for the Transatlantic Slade Trade and the subsequent Colonialization that followed.

You also make the idiotic claim that my arguments were about a small period in Jamaica's History, yet you go to find even earlier persecution of the Chinese. But let's put that aside and deal with your dishonest claims.

The PNP Pogroms against Whites/Chinese/Syrians/Lebanese lasted 26 years; our Independence when our Motto and Constitution came to the fore is 48 years old. Twenty-Six years of persecution of the Chinese/Whites and other Minorities in Jamaica makes longer than the rise and fall of the Third Reich.
Twenty-Six years of bad mouthing of Jamaican Minorities for no other reason than they are successful at what they do is time enough I think.

Why don't you do a fact-finding tour?

One thing I can tell you and I know it for sure the explosion of Jamaican Businesses in North America including Canada and the Caribbean came as a result of the purging of Jamaicans by the corrupt PNP administration of the 70s. It was further consolidated in the 90s when a new regime again drove Jamaicans out of Jamaica.

But do you on the ground check and come back and report. Let us have the facts. Let’s us know if there is in fact a monopoly and how this came about.

Jamaica did not get its independence until the 1960s, so while the British were in power, some of these ethnic groups were indeed collaborating with the British and enjoying the benefits while Black people suffered.

I am not saying that some of these people did not initially have some hardships. Shows how much you know about our history. As early as the 1960s you say? Think again.

This more than anything else prove that the Jamaican State relied upon and exploited the historic distrust that had been built up about Chinese Immigrants to eventually try to commit what can best be described as Genocide in the 70s and 90s. Truly but for the oven this is worthy of a scene from the <span style="font-family: 'Arial Black'">Rise and fall of the Third Reich</span>, in which the defenders of the Jewish extermination pogrom turns to tenth century England to explain why the Jewish question must be solved.
Today’s conundrum is the Chinese Question, should we scorch them in their beds or send them out to sea back where they came from?
