I am curious which kind of proof you are looking for on the matter.
Why would you demand proof of the poster? Are you also not in the position to prove it? Or are you of the opinion that it cannot be proven?
In other words the discussion would also get rolling if you brought your own proof. No?

awwwww Britisha!! powerful words these my sistren and hopefully by cut and pasting I havent taken the true meaning out of context or make it appear out of context.

I live in two worlds so to speak, the <span style="font-weight: bold">white family </span>here in Canada, and the <span style="font-weight: bold">black family in jamaica </span>and I have learnt how to flex in both worlds not easy but hey....life is a journey.

Every poster on this board I learn something from, even the ones who insult. Everyone has something to contribute, you might not be able to see or interact with someone in person, but!! spoken/typed words gives you a peek into the psyches on here.

That's why me always act the bubblehead pon here seriously though, I keep away from race and political post, just lurk and learn. I live the one drop rule every day of my life as a biracial person that do not look black, I am privy to the comments from whites who do not know am black. when blacks insult them just tell you strait up hey white gyal daon mek a cuss out yu clatt ~shrug~

Ah my dear Stormey, I live and learn on a daily basis...I tend to believe that race is all a "myth"...it is a construct designed to keep some people "down" by inferring that they are inferior based on the amount of melanin in their skin. it serves a purpose for some, and serves as a source of pain for others...[jack mandorah]

Sukuna, I am really sleep deprived right now got home at 4:00am this morning have to give this some thought, because there are peeps that do not know am black and treat me a certain way, then there are those who know I have a black Father and.....

also the immediate above statement getting treated as if I am white does not necessarily mean am treated good. I have a brother in Jamaica....<span style="font-weight: bold">incarcerated now</span> the bwoy hate me like a me mek him life did bad....him hate anything light sometimes I do not respond to stuff on here cause I do not want to open a can of worms

Marginalizing the minorities by saddling them with the guilt of the Atlantic Slave Trade and Colonialism.

Like you I have no truck with ones and ones who want to celebrate their unique heritage, but I would feel less secure by any Jamaican who is tells me that they are Africans, Chinese, German or Lebanese first then Jamaican.
I feel based upon our Country's Motto you have to be Jamaican First.

If so, how do you suggest a person to present their experiences in a comprehensive and coherent fashion?

Reason why I am asking is I would love to try it for fruitfulness.

awwwww britisha I have heard family members use the "N" word to me when I was a kid, cause they heard the parents refer to me that way, the way they used to put it is....Stormmey is not all pure, meaning not all white. Needless to say they do not say to my face anymore, now they trying to be close I kicked them to the curb eons ago. My granmere who raised me used the "N" word all the time, or keep out of the sun you don't not want to get 2 dark....lawd I can laugh about it now but

Friends/acquaintace who know me and my history would not use the "N" work around me, my real friends and <span style="font-weight: bold">I choose my friends </span>carefully do not use that word. Like I tell peeps the "N" word does not mean black, it means thrash and thrash come in all colour, shape and size.

When I was a teenager I used to get into fights all the time with school mates who use the "N" word around me, juss beat dem an me nevva lose a fight yet, always in the Principals office, I guess after a while they just went internal with the N word cause they just stop using around me. So I say internal because they did not change just just stopped saying when I was around.

Anyway me posering dung this puta now as me need to get some sleep, that's why I try not to come into these post cause when I start I cannot stop, and it brings back stuff that I need to move on from. nightynite
