nothing will change as aresult of this. as long as there is not superior police department similar to the FBI in the US that can investigate the police. It will continue to happen. this is a daily occurrence with the police. there was an officer that destroyed a home with a new car in Port more. It has not been even acknowledged by the police department in Port more.
although the car was left in the house for some time before it was removed.

what are the ingredients of a superior police department?
And how much would it cost to have police less likely to want to go dishonest to make a bread?
Can the country support the taxes to afford it?
