I agree that these cities get a significant income stream from tourism, but these cities <span style="font-weight: bold">have many other stable industries in addition to tourism.</span> Hence they can say they are getting a NET benifit from tourism to their cities. The dollars supplement what is already in place. Yes, these cities would take a hit if they saw a drop in visitors to their cities, but they wouldnt be crippled. I am afraid to say...Jamaica can not say the same. </div></div>
