u know , if u read the statement with any attempt to understand it in context and with regards to who he is referring, u would see that he means the much touted retirement tourism that is the happening thing in Jamaica..
for u to try and imply that a baby of a few months would remember that it was born aboard ,even though it was not reared r socialised there, is a bit of a reach ...
but it is on par with the political tribalism wich we decry on this board in many a discussion, yet, on the other hand, continue to hold fast to in life and in discussions...ironic isn't it
