Crossing international borders is an entirely different matter... it is not like going about your day to day business.

Do you carry a passport, social security card or birth certificate on you every single day?

If this bill should infect other states you will soon have the authorities looking for illegal aliens from non European countries which will require every person who is not lilly white to provide such proof or be detained until they can provide proof. Why would you care about racial profiling anyway?

I live in Arizona and the illegals are a huge problem here. The infamous Sheriff is the only one who is willing to take on this problem but then you have the people that think he is wrong. I am here to tell you he isn’t. A lot of the traffic accidents and crims come from the illegals. Wake up america – my grandparents came over to live in a better country BUT THEY DID IT THE RIGHT WAY! They didn’t sneak in or take on someone else’s identity. You want to look at the problems here – its the ones who think the Sheriff is wrong. I have enjoyed going into Baja every couple of months for many years and I know if I am caught doing anything wrong, the Mexican Policia and the Federalies have the right to put me in jail,or kick me out while all my possessions can be kept by the Mexican Gov.. I do follow their rules out of respect to their country , Their people should do the same in traveling to our country.. fair is fair… I am more concerned with the other nationalitys coming across too…. We have no idea what is in our neighborhoods, And the idea that they can sneak in, walk in, no barriers to keep them out as the Border Patrol cannot harrass them!!! The fences can’t keep them out, the tunnels go under the fence..

So what is being done about this problem. Just two days ago my aunt’s husbands 28-year-old mother of four niece was found in a ally killed execution style. She was kidnapped three months ago from Phoenix, and the ransom calls were going to her mother who isn’t all there mentally. As a result the mother failed to notify anyone about her kidnapping. During the time she was captured she was in a sex trade in Mexico. What is it going to take to get the United States Govenments attention in thiese kiddnappings of our loved ones????

You have not heard of the National biometric ID Card?
These cards will track everything you do. Obama wants National Biometric ID. The national ID cards would include a &quot;unique biometric identifier.

Where does it say that Obama was in favour? What I read is that he is open to discussing various frameworks. The National ID card is being presented as a way to manage illegal immigration

You are spot on, but these &quot;people&quot; who passed the law doesn't care about civil liberties and &quot;civil rights&quot; when it comes to people that are non Ayran or non Caucasion. There are many people in the US who are here for donkey years but still are undocumented. Truth is they are here since they are children, never got documented; went through the whole nine yards, school, talk with American accent and everything, but <span style="font-weight: bold">still undocumented, and qualify for deportation</span>...now can you imagine one of these in the scenario you hypothesised?

If dem feel fi stop yuh due to fi dem &quot;probable cause&quot; dem agguh stop yuh and hiff yuh suspicious, you will suffer the same fate...get arrested until you can prove that you are legit.
