I am familiar with Jamie House several students in my youth group attend the school - they have the worst of the worst students and the administration allows these same children to behave abusively toward the adults. It is easy to criminalize the teacher, I, however would fight any child who would attempt to approach me aggresively. This young man has an absolutely horrible reputation among his peers and the instructors. There is no way I can believe this instructor launched an all out unprovocated assault - the mother needs to get her head out of his rear end - her son is a donkey and deserved to get his behind kicked. If parents would put the fear of God in their children we wouldn't have kids like him. The administration needs their behinds flogged for their blatant bs statement - they are aware of the situation and should protect their staff that is why they have a horrible turn over rate amongst their staff.</div></div>

I'm so sick of people saying why not send the child to the principal. I'm a teacher and I can tell you that the principals dont want to be bothered. 9 times out of 10 if a child is sent to the office they are sent back to the class and do the same things that got them sent there in the first place. Especially since this is a charter school filled with students kicked out of regular school i'm pretty sure the principal see's this all the time. I hate to see someting like this happen to a student or teacher. No one wants to admit it but the kid did deserve somt type of discipline just not in this way. I can truly say i understand that teachers frustration. No adult would attack a a student just because. Its sad that this little menace of a society just got a teacher fired who simply had enough with his bull sh#@. And the mother knows that the child is a hell raiser as well.

nope. i was a good child

but she did say that to my bro and i say it to my son that if the school call me him a go get lick but neva if the lick come from the teacher. if lick come from teacher he KNOW to call me immediately. do not pass go, do not ask to the teacher if u can go to the office. get the hell up and call me ASAP and ima come check mi a biatch

WOW... I am mad as heck and its not even my child..

My mom told me that about if a teacher has to hit you or call home then I would get it worse when I got home..and when I was in elementary and Jr high, corporal punishment was the norm. Those male teacher used to hitch up them boys in the hallways against them lockers and have them up off the floor by their collars..

But for real.. The simple fact that she AIMED her PUNCHES to hurt this CHILD was most disturbing. And the fact that she kicked him. I don't care what he did, she did not look like she was defending herself..
