You are right in saying that racism is a major factor in countries around the world.
But this racism manifests itself in economic terms. Whether it is white colonialism or black rule in the now independent and black majority sub-Saharan African countries the masses of poor and working poor suffer under the economic system which is exacerbated by racism.

The World Health Organization and other arms of the United Nations have placed socialist Cuba in 50th place in human development way ahead of what any capitalist nation of its size has done under capitalism.
This tremendous accomplishment applies to all Cubans, black, brown or white and is only possible because Cuba has a socialist economy.

While we're here discussing these issues hundreds of thousands of black Africans are dying not because of racism but because of capitalism.

Marx may have been an elitist and white and a citizen of a colonial power, all that but when he said that the world should live under the philosophy of &quot;

There is only the totalitarian governments and economies in Africa and most of the world because we, as a race, have not evolved socially to the point where the logic of both democracy and socialism prevail throughout the world.

If you do not believe that capitalism is racist in its effects please check the differences in both income and wealth between whites and blacks in the United States.

I believe that it is not only racist but classist since under capitalism it is the poor that come out on the short end and the black poor the most.

Racism is a major problem in the world today but without capitalism running things blacks would have far more equal social and economic footing under a modern evolved democratic socialism.
It works in mixed race Cuba.
It can work ANYWHERE.
There are no reasons why it could not not unless you do not believe in democracy.

Emancipation begins with ending the mental attachment (slavery) to capitalism.

Please read and comprehend, if colorism exist in Arab countries then it must follow that some form of mental as well as physical persecution exists there, but unlike Indian and European persecution a person of color could achieve and hold any office in the society. No it doesn't. I've been to Cuba many times, and racism is a big issue there, and it is completely ignored by the white dictator.
