korean restaurants have that on the table cook yu owna dyam food and noh badda mi juss pay $$$ experience too Wendy.

Some restaurants have open kitchens, Wendy. Some even feature the kitchen from the store window

In DC-Maryland area, I can think of a few ... Eggspectations and Jackie's in Silver Spring, Nando's Peri Peri in DC, Crisp and Juicy in plenty places, all di Peruvian-Argentina type pollo restaurants ..

After what I have seen in my own workplace... it's not necessarily the places where food is prepared - visible or not - my concern is people's individual hygiene habits - like not washing their hands after using the toilet, but using hand sanitizers instead! Or picking their nose! Or slamming their hands into the top of their pants - <span style="font-style: italic">still trying to figure that one out!</span> Plus we don't have storage facilities -just a couple coolers and microwaves.

We do a regular social committee thing - little monthly cash or prize draws,,,, monthly pizza dinner (or chicken or shawarma) - we charge a flat rate (ie $5-6) to cover the cost of the pizza and the committee covers the cost of salad, dessert and drinks from the money we collect from the draws. Plus having the food catered means you generally have a hot meal, and everyone participating has contributed equally.

Mi si peeps stan hup at the table where the food is spread/served...dip bread in the sauce/gravy, bite ie and still tan up deh a dip di same bread innah di sauce...Laaawd...what they do sometimes is haff individual servings delivered from the restaurant/covered and all...

Naaasy people deh awurl, so cazzin a dat, mi noh usually participate hanless is a cold soda or watah..
