Sandi, there have been floods. Bog Walk gorge has been under water. The river at Harbour View has cut away the fording there, bisecting Bull Bay and St. Thomas from Kingston, preventing commuters from reaching their destinations.

Not now. It may have Tues- Wed when the rains were on us more than now.
The Palisadoes Road was cut off causing Port Royal and the Norman Manley inaccessible, due more to debris than anything else.
I am sure that would have been cleared by now.

Spoke to my folks in Sint Cathrine bout 4 rtimes since maawning, dem aawrite but did seh dem heard of the damages and loss of life in other parts of the island...

Rich - one time I've seen the Rio Cobre way up and that was during the month long June flood rain of 1988(?)
