The case against Buju don't look good. The most damaging evidence is the video with him tasting the coke. They can beat all the drums they want. He got himself into a situation he had no business getting into. The possibilities of him walking is slim. He can only get away if Entrapment become a issue.

H_O, that minimum for the drug conviction seem low for Florida. On the charge of intent to distribute five or more kilogrammes of cocaine it seems to carry a 15 year minimum (Please note 5 Kio = 5,000 gram) bases on the State of Florida website. See below


c. Is 400 grams or more, but less than 150 kilograms, such person shall be sentenced to a mandatory minimum term of imprisonment of 15 calendar years and pay a fine of $250,000. - My Florida GOV
