Our ancestors would have been shedding a little tear of pride, seeing him stood up there in front of all the great modern politicians of the united kingdom.

Consider it another way to express raised eyebrows and disbelief.

Consider it a conceptualization of the gray matter total of some people.

Obama is an IMMORAL, IMPERIALIST, WAR MAKING, FRAUDULENT, LYING president who happens to be a man with dark skin.

If George Bush or Ronald Reagan and did the things he does, would we see here in these fora such blind forgiveness for their war crimes and lies because they were WHITE?

First of all those 2 white president could not even read a telepromter never mind being so eloquent(sic)......
having said that I have lost some respect for barry ever since he said those of us who have a problem with the way he assassinated Bin ladin ought to have our heads examined.....

All I know is I am proud of the kind of history Barack is making for my daughter to learn/read about. Love him or hate him, history will be kind to this young man. What is done cannot be undone, no matter how much news clipping people cut an paste that demagogue's the President.

yea it was a very arrogant statement...but some amount of arrogance is needed by anyone to run for president;

but overall obama serves a psychological purpose for 'blacks' in the modern day...they have been cut off from their history &amp; brainwashed into thinking they have never done anything great, so when they see a 'black' president it is an overwhelming feeling;

that is because they do not know that blacks once ruled half the globe thru imperialism much the way 'whites' now do...they would realize that obama is not the first black man to be the most powerful political leader in the world...
in that sense obama does serve a purpose &amp; give some blacks a needed self-esteem boost...

now if they would only study how they got here...
and appreciate the fact that having a 'black' president does not solve the problems that faced blacks before year one b.b.p. (before black president) and still face blacks in year three b.p.e. (black president era)

Wendy,I cant tell a lie,mi head swell when mi seem stan up deh infront of all these lords and peers,when I reflect on the history of the black man in this country,it truly is amazing to see them giving him a standing ovation,...barack can do no wrong in this country,he is well loved and respected.
As for the policies of the US,that is another issue,I am still proud of barack,he is an inspiration to future generations of young black people,and michelle is also an inspiring black woman.
