its just a mentality issue period. for instance, cutting the grass on the outside of ur property (on the street) its the same neighbour i see doing it 99% of the time and him dont even use the street as much as the other ppl who dont work and sit at home all day but will never cut it or rake up the street.

i am constantly picking up cheeze trix paper and drink bakkle along my fence line di kids dem play ball on the street and dem slippers buss out dem leff it same place a mi gate smaddy stroller bruck and dem no want it no more den leff it pan di side a di road...come on man

i am constantly asking my neighbour adn her kids to stop litter the street. i even started paying one a di likkle boys to clean it up every tuesday nite in hopes dem would stop litter it period....but it not working:rolleeyes: by the time i left i was starting to get the impression dat it was a make work project

garbage truck seem to come when it want to by my mother house. When them hear the truck coming is big excitement. Recently i see a private garbage truck round the place and if u give the man dem pon the truck a money dem will tek your garbage

same thing up weh mi granny live and it only drive thru the main. is one excitement everybody a run like hell fi ketch the truck. my SIL would sometimes have all 3 months worth of diapers. apparently u not supposed to burn diapers for some reason.

most ppl living in areas weh truck no come often end up burning dem gargabe...not enviro friendly i suppose but better than being burried alive.

anytime ny can figure out how to get rid of rodents, den i guess ja can give it a try

and btw, this crap happens way more than unu a imagine,

recently my friends neighbor laid dead in her house for 3months and no body never know,

a morning time on the subways, is peer homeless ppl u see a smell up de train, and s tek up good seat, kt

at least in Ja dem might give u some pot water if ur hungry and come halla see if u still alive
