There is more than one way to achieve the same goal. The Dragon needs arable land, energy and access to natural resources to continue to grow. Africa still has all three in abundance.
Yes....Africa needs technology Fair trade and development that China is offering an abundance of.....Europe and the US is not.
Does that paradigm sound familiar ?
Yes and No.....China is trading to Africa strenght and mutual benefit - development.... whilst the West was and is still making Africa worst off - underdevelopment
