You know when I was growing up, people had hardly heard of Jamaica. What a difference time makes. We're popping up in commercials and on reality TV every way. Flag commercial is a bit out there. Offensive? We have far more things to be offended about such as why our people still face discrimination in places like the US, Canada and the UK. Sometimes it's subtle, sometimes it's blatant (e.g. when we are denied jobs and promotions). Don't even get me started on the Black women and dating thing. I save my outrage for issues like that.Comment

Newsflash and you KNOW this there are MANY people born in Jamaica with 100% Jamaican blood who have British, UK, American, and a host of other accents. Doesn't make us less Jamaican.
Ever listen to dahjah on the radio or voice mail.
I must say though, his Jamaican accent has improved. Mine too.
