ackee, salt, paracetamol, cassava (bitter) castor oil are more toxic than cannabis. (the method to extract castor oil from the seeds in Jamaica makes me cringe) .. low sodium salt which uses potassium chloride as a replacement for sodium chloride is used as one of the suite of chemicals in lethal injections. as well as a method of abortion..... which mean bananas are more toxic than cannabis!!!!!!... Even Rhubarb it not consumed with care is much more posionus.. oh and those pretty yellow flowers on a ground running vine that u find in the bush in Jamaica almost endemically... a member of the nightshade family..What our ancestors used as posions to kill bakra massa....

On toxicity there is no case for cannabis to be illegal.. As Dr Lowe points out that there are myth and bad science.... He is a smart Jamaican.. I am not, but I happen to know something on toxicity quantification, remidiation and management.... But I know we need yankis to tell us truth for it to be true....


If u ever happen to go to Central Asia, steppes amd siberia cannabis is grows wild! Kazakhstan, Southern Russia where u see it by the road and there are literally hundreds of acres of the stuff growing wild despite its availability not every body walks around stoned.. ...their preferred method of social high is vodka! so it strikes me that availability does not lead to consumption.

What replaced cannabis for moning sickness cure ???Thalidomide , which one of S isomeric form is world famous... I note that Thalidomide is back as a morning sickness treatment . until the fifties a cannabis extract was used in Spain to treat morning sickness, also to treat violent terminally ill venereal disease patients it calmed them (mental issues is associated with terminal infection by the gunnococus bacteria ) . However if we applied our current drug protocols to Sylisic acid, Asprin.. it would not pass current toxicity drug testing protocols...nor would paracetamol.. As a treatment cannabis would!

I just saw on the news the other day that a woman was banned from entering the USA (from Canada) because she had admitted to smoking weed in the past. No prior convictions no proof just answered a question honestly.

Then told she could apply for the waiver ($600) seems like a cash grab by the USA Gov.

Reality: Smoked Marijuana Is Not Medicine



The scientific and medical communities have determined that smoked marijuana is a health danger, not a cure. There is no medical evidence that smoking marijuana helps patients. In fact, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has approved no medications that are smoked, primarily because smoking is a poor way to deliver medicine.
