Exactly....they overcharge Black youth and get a conviction so why should different rules apply to a Hispanic man with a European surname? Even the defense team raised this saying they can get away with this when dealing with inexperienced public defenders.Originally posted by My Looh View PostYes they over charged GZ and thus could not get the conviction.
