Yes they over charged GZ and thus could not get the conviction. It was a wash right from the start. Don't forget, this prosecution team is use to successfully over charging young black men but because GZ was not a black youth their usual technique backfired on them.

Exactly....they overcharge Black youth and get a conviction so why should different rules apply to a Hispanic man with a European surname? Even the defense team raised this saying they can get away with this when dealing with inexperienced public defenders.
