No he said he contacted the person made her aware of the post and encouraged her to come and participate. That is HIGHLY inappropriate. Members would not have been as free with their comments if they had known this was going to happen. I have deleted all of my comments about the situation...that's for sure. Lonewolf had absolutely no business doing that.

Yes same story applies to CEO...many boardites have their own business and don't want their company information and contact coordinates plastered all over a discussion board where they are using a fake ID and an avatar. In a way that is even worse as it could potentially impact their livelihood.

If he says that she gave him permission, how do you know whether or not he is telling the truth?

If someone is on here thrashing Donald Trump for example, do we really want someone reaching out to him and making him aware of the post so that he can sue them with his millions? Do we really think it would be appropriate to post Donald Trump's work number or the number of his executive assistant here? It would be highly inappropriate. Unless someone gives their permission their contact information should not be posted.

I am saying that there is a HUGE difference between the tone and what people post in a LinkedIn or Facebook Group where they use their own names and photos and a discussion board where they post with an avatar and an ID and their own identity l is not disclosed.
