bfast... bowl of cornmeal porridge and 1/2 banana, kiwi
lunch ... small tortilla with ground goat meat curried with carrots and potato, i/3 English cucumber, juice
then mi was hungry so i had some oatmeal with condensed milk
later going to have cook down chicken, brown rice with green peas cooked in vegetable broth and steamed callaloo.
if mi hungry later strawberries/raisins.
Walked around the mall again.
