Suicide bombers' 'ordinary' lives
Three young men from West Yorkshire were killed in last Thursday's bomb blasts in London. Initially they would have been treated as victims, now it is widely accepted they are the perpetrators of Britain's first suicide bombing.

LONDON (AFX) - The fourth bomber who took part in the UK's worst ever terror attack last Thursday has been identified as Jamaican-born Briton Lindsey Germail, Sky News said, quoting police sources.

In addition, all four bombs have now been confirmed as suicide attacks, carried out by four Britons adhering to the Muslim faith; three with family roots in Pakistan, all of whom are thought to have died in the blasts.

Personal documents belonging to three of the suspects were found at the blast scenes in central London -- but no such clues were found at the site of the King's Cross blast -- the worst of the four -- which left 25 people dead.

Media have identified the other three bombers as Shehzad Tanweer, aged 22 yrs, Mohammed Sadique Khan, aged 30 yrs and Hasib Mir Hussain, aged 18 yrs, all from the northern English city of Leeds.

I agree with you. I believe GB must profile. The question is, what kind of persons can be talked into blowing themselves up? And they need to find every Iman who preaches hate, and put him behind bars. GB already has hate speech laws, and I figure they will be used more often than they have been.

I also think that the Muslim community is going to be purging themselves of radicals amongst themselves. And they will hopefully look hard at their young men, and not allow them to be sucked up into this cult of senseless violence. I've been out of the loop for a couple of days and didn't hear until this morning that a Jamaican born Briton was one of the suicide bombers.

I was totally and saddened.

I felt almost as if the crime was commited by a relative.

Let's see with the latest: From the killing of a young American tourist in the Bahamas by a Jamaican male who then blame his friend; to the downing of an airline in Calif.by a vindictive man who was fired by his boss who was on the plane along with hundred of innocent people; to the sniper who was looking for a father/friend in John Mohammed; then to the airplane bomber, Reid; and now to the England massacre. People seem to have a fear when they hear you are a Jamaica, mostly because they think you are going to put an hex on them, since they say that Jamaica is the place for that! Shameful!!

Oh and the Americans and the British aren't wicked. Look at their track record in terms of wars, going to other parts of the world and colonizing or trying to interfere in the businesss of people. Think of a neighbourhood analogy. Wouldn't you resent a neighbour who was always coming over to your yaad interferring in your business, trying to tell you how to run your affairs and, even worse, doing things that made it difficult for you to earn a decent livelihood?


And yes...we will keep bringing up slavery until there is an apology and some attempt at reparations. It has been done for other groups such as the Japanese in Canada. Also, Germany has paid millions upon millions of dollars in reparations to the state of Isreal and pensions individual Jewish people who were in concentration camps.

I have found that many "americans" who live in america will echo her sentiments, without much thought about alternatives, how their country is viewed by the remainder of the world, or what they are doing or have done to change the american societial standards/influences. That is usually the result of a certain sense of confronted information and intellectual knowledge gained through chaotic insular textbooks and Radical Group Think - a very americans trait today.
