Practical steps in the situation referenced can get really tricky. Again, the matter of authority becomes relevant so while I would not speak with the person afterwards, I would share my concerns with my Pastor who would have invited or approved of the speaker in the first place.

3. ... I cannot disrespect the man of God so I would have to submit to his authority.
Again, very good. There seems to be such an issue with authority and submission these days What is your understanding of the word?
There are different types of submission. In the Church, leaders are put in place by God and I do believe that it is His responsibility to rebuke, reprove, and correct them by whatever means He chooses. I do not think it is possible to rebel against divine authority without incurring God's displeasure. For marital submission, we would need a separate thread to air my views as that is a very misunderstood subject.

4. This a a very wonderful book - a series of poems if you will - that chronicles the author's love and passion for his bride.
Have you ever read an expose on this book? If you have please say which.
I have but I cannot recall the name of the book just now. I will let you know if/when it comes back to me.
5. This question came from 'His Needs, Her Needs by Willard Harley Jr. (Very good book. On a scale of 1-10, I give it a 10!)
I have read it but I wouldn't rate it that high. Not saying you are wrong though .

6. I spent most if not all of my childhood summers reading books borrowed from the library and writing a lot of pen pals I had at the time, so that is pretty much all the memories of my summers then.
You have been doing this reading thing quite a while, yes?
Yes. You could say I have an insatiable appetite for it.

7. Scuba Diving. ... I also love the seeming tranquility of the underwater experience.
You seem not afraid to take risks but at the same time, you seek a 'cushion'.
There is a measure of truth in that. I have taken, and will continue to take, calculated risks
10. How important is a name? Do you think it is necessary for a name to be researched before the parents confer it upon a child?
From a personal point of view, I am not overly concerned about the meaning of names at all. ... I can appreciate however that there may be some people who consider names and their meanings significant.
If the name being given is known to have a negative meaning (based on its origin) would you still want to use it?
I really do not think characters are formed based on names given but given the fact that the world can be a cruel place, I would not give my child a name with an obvious negative connotation.

12. In my bedroom and with my Bible. I could read, sleep, and watch TV/videos.
One item in the room sir, please choose
OK...you did not specify I would still want to be in my empty bedroom with my Bible. Time seems to go very quickly when I am reading/studying it.
I really do enjoy your questions
