I'm lucky my mother-in-law lives with us and my daughter is a nurse so I'll get some help with her at home.
We have a walker in the bedroom and a treadmill for after her recovery work outs.

Good morning everyone. It's Monday and back to work. It was beautiful here this weekend. I did some early Spring cleaning and got a whole heap of stuff done!

Stan, did they release Betty last night? What a relief for you all....she will be able to rest & heal better at home. Hospitals are no fun fe tru. Jah bless you both!

Good Monday Mawnin People!!

Hope you all had a great weekend. My SILs & I put a nice dent in my Cocomania stash this weekend. We took one SIL to dinner for her birthday and started mixing at my cousin's house. By the time we got to the restaurant we were a happy group of women!!
My brother was the designated driver, so we had no worries. Lawd a massy did we laugh!! One SIL called me yesterday to tell me she woke up with pain in her sides.

I still felt good enough yesterday to keep Jake for the day and he is sooooo fun!!

<span style="font-style: italic">*sigh*</span> Now it's back to the grind.

Anyway, hope y'all have a FABulous Monday!!

Shultz- mornin to you. We took road trips last week, I'm not sure what this week has in store for me. Maybe back to Ochi later in the week. I really need to get to Kingston for business, but it's one town I know nothing about, how to get around etc and that's uncomfortable for me to say the least, but soon I have to go in that direction. Business is business after all. And yes we still have our Christmas breeze, day and night. Long time now.

I had a good weekend, went to the beach on Saturday and back on Sunday, though Sunday it was raining. It was nice still, caught up with some old friends and spent some easy - breezy time.

Monday,now back to work. I have a meeting with the studio guys this morning, finishing up on the web site so I can start rolling with the marketing. I'm excited to get going on it. Then I'm having a wood and glass display case built to sell some jewelry, my good friends are making that for me and for that I have to gather up supplies. After wards I'm getting a massage from Sara. If anyone ever wants to be treated to the absolute BEST massage when you're in Negril, Sara is very special and works with angels. She is not only a masseuse she is a healer. Well worth your time and money. Trust me on that.

Enjoy your days and tell someone how much they mean to you. The rewards are limitless for the love you show them.

Mawnin' all! I am so honored to have met another Boardie, Green Biscuit. Orbra, Ted and I went to Little Bay yesterday and had a nice visit. She has 2 cute children and they are so at ease in that area, playing with the neighbor kids. We had a wonderful meal prepared by one of the ladies in the area. It was dolphin fish, pumpkin rice, salad, and stir fry veggies.

Nooks, I saw a few pair of beautiful earrings that GB had with her. One especially caught my eye. It was the starfish earrings with blue and white beads. Very pretty girl.

They also gave us ackee and Ted made ackee and saltfish. I had a wonderful breakfast.

It will be Goldilocks this week. She has contacted Orbra and me and will be linking up when she gets settled sometime after her arrival tomorrow.

Monday 5 pm update:
Betty is home and doing very well, thank you.
We have her washed and in clean jammies and resting now.
The pain pills help...lol
I've got the dinner on and she's looking forward to a home cooked meal.
She wants to go to JA in April, so she'll work towards that goal believe dat.
