I once blew up a Pyrex baking dish, Turned on the wrong burner and went off to my bedroom. Thank God I did coz that thing exploded everywhere! I found pieces in every corner of the room! BIG jagged chunks of hot glass! It sounded like somebody fired a bullet thru my kitchen window.


Thanks Seveen, I have one older brother who doesn't really count as older cos he doesn't take responsibility for ANYTHING, so that makes me the oldest sibling of 6... hence The Queen. I take my title seriously! MY SIL gave me the original title when she brought me a magnet that said so!

Roots, Jake's Daddy is 6'1" or so. It's his mommy who he gets the height from, SHE is a 6 footer. And about 135 pounds...
Jake reaches my belly button, He's 2 and a half next month. Dr predicts 6'4" - 6'8" by the time he's done growing. Can you say NBA?!?!

Nan, I am looking forward to your future travels.

We are off the Duxbury Beach tomorrow. Early start, so I'm hittin the hay! Gonna be a beauty of a day!!

Other then WORK I'm hoping to make it to the beach this weekend, seems like a long time since I took a good swim and enjoyed the sunshine.

Laurel, when I saw the picture of your Black Bean Salad, I was making my dinner of Curry Shrimp and squash in a hot coconut milk a sauce, and I thought jeeze I was sure excited about my dinner, until I saw yours. I wanted to reach into my computer and make a trade with you. But mine turned out great just the same.

I'm sure you and Janey are having a great time.

Evenin peeps!!

Home from a perfect beach day! bright sun, gentle breeze, crystal clear water... *I* look like a lobster! But I got in took a nice cool shower and rubbed an ice cube all over my face til it was gone and it's amazing! Cool as a cuke!
Gonna hit the couch and watch a movie, soon as I find one!

Ethan's coming for a visit tomorrow!

Good morning from Lake Jamaica! It was beautiful here yesterday, perfect at 80 degrees and little humidity. Evelin came and a nice shower that is much needed for our drought. I'm so thankful for the cool down. Now I'm just watching for the loons to swim by with their babies and my daily pic and skype date from China to appear while I work on a yummy bracelet. I guess I use my food terms on little pieces of glass with holes in them instead of food though I did have a juicy rib eye on the grill for dinner last night and half of it is still in the fridge. There's a belgian waffle machine here so I spose I'll have belgian waffle with real maple syrup and rib eye for brunch. Forget all that vegetable stuff and just hand me a slab of rib eye and I'm happy.

Well!! am going to church this morning with the Granpere and his wife and have been warned bout the lenghth of the dress I wear to church....

Anyway I am here between sips of cawfee looking for a suitable dress to wear to church. The bible say render your heart and not your garments or something like that.....I think. When I go to church I feel one of two things either gripped by the spirit (depend on the preach) or utterly last time I excused my self and went out to the car and fell a ded.... everyone got mad at me but they got over it

Nookie that rib eye sounds good, I am not a fussy eater I basically eat anything but especially love meat and seafood. Enjoy the loons, aren't they a joy love watching the wildlife especially when I go to the Maritimes.

Mawnin everyone! Been babysitting 4 granddaughters so that means a couple of runs to stores for makeup, hair dye, etc. 2 of them dyed their hair black. That's the in thing here. Actually looks cute, but a little Gothic. Their Moms are having a weekend with their father at Cascade Locks. Includes a special train ride and dinner.

2 months from today I begin my journey home to Ja. Need to call my Honey when I get off the net. Glad to see peeps getting together, relaxing and eating good food. Love to all.
