I'm in the US. I lived in the UK briefly and no Europe is not more tolerant than the United States believe me. There are not as many opportunities for blacks like there are here in the US.

You are so focused on IR dating and who is vs who'se not dating whom it's getting a bit tiring. Perhaps you need to move.

Mongol armies had clashed with those of Khwarazm earlier in 1218 when Genghis Khan's son Jochi and a general (Jebe) completed the conquest of Qara-Kitai, which was to the northeast of Khwarazm.

From 1219 to 1222, the Mongols waged a war in central Asia and destroyed the Khwarazmian Empire. Striking from several directions, Genghis Khan-accompanied by his four sons: Jochi, Ogodei, Chaghatai, and Tolui-carried out a campaign that remains strategically remarkable. Though a few Khwarazmian princes escaped, the defeat was complete; but Genghis Khan still had a matter of revenge to settle.

The ruler of Xi-Xia, who had submitted in 1210, had not provided troops for the campaign. Although this act of rebellion gravely insulted Genghis Khan, for the time being the defeat of Muhammad Khwarazmshah was much more important. After the conquest of the Khwarazmian Empire, however, Genghis Khan turned his armies once again against Xi Xia.

In 1226, his armies invaded Xi-Xia. During the campaign, Genghis Khan fell from his horse when it startled while the emperor hunted. Although he eventually died from internal injuries as a result of the fall, he did not allow his followers to halt the campaign. They continued the siege of the capital of Xi-Xia even after his death. When the conquest was complete, Genghis Khan was buried in a secret location that remains a mystery although several modern expeditions have attempted to find it.

Even today the legacy of Genghis Khan remains impressive. His wars were often a matter of retaliation as well as bids for territory or riches. As an organizational and strategic genius, Genghis Khan created one of the most highly-disciplined and effective armies in history; this same genius also gave birth to the core administration that ruled it. Even after he died on campaign in 1227, the Mongol armies dominated the battlefield until the empire stretched from the Pacific Ocean to the Adriatic Sea.

His non-military achievements include the introduction of a writing system based on the Uighur script (still used in Inner Mongolia today), the idea of religious tolerance throughout the empire, and the achievement of tribal unity among the Mongols. Actually it’s denied on the grounds of race where 'blacks' are concerned - blacks in britain are not seen by white society according to our social class. Don't stereotype; the reactions are from how those outside the hip-hop culture stereotype them. Each generation will have a way of rebelling against the system or carving an identity for themselves and the environment they live in including fashion. Rock n Roll and Reggae music were also seen as rebellious and going against the grain/system with its own identity and fashion. Hip-hop is one the best things to happen to some of the poor ghetto yutes who otherwise would have turned out much worse. The same can be said for reggae and rock n roll.

Tolerant that word is tricky... I would say more like tolerant racists. The english are very good at speaking to you in a softly 'sophisticated' tone while insulting you. You have to be sharp to realise they are being insultive or even racist. American will call you the N world and tell you straight to your face where they stand. You know the areas in america that racism thrives in more openly than other areas. In england your neighbour can speak to you everyday, laugh and chat with you while is as racist as they come.

jah yute you know that the same can happen to you if you walk down the road at certain time in certain areas in kingston and the same goes for the states. I must admit I never had any fear walking down the streets at any hours a di night in London in any area. Brixton and Peckham included - can't say the same for parts of new york, new jersey and kingston.

How many of your fellow executives are black or brown? The US is far ahead of Europe in this area.

OTOH, Europe never had Jim Crow laws, so neighborhoods are segregated along class lines rather than color. It's still easier for a white person to move up and out - get a scholarship to a good school, where one acquires a posh accent and voila! Instantly upper middle-class.

In summary: it's 6 of one, half-dozen of the other. Racism against black people originated in Europe and Europeans spread that crap all over the world - along with small pox, syphillis, and other diseases.
