I've previously seen pictures of him when he was older and had less hair and it's not so clear here WHAT race he is. Looks White to me though.

these guys are clearly african ('black' as they say);

africans happen to be the most diverse people on earth being the original man.

the khoisian people of southern africa have a reddish brown skin and asian type facial features and are among the oldest people on the planet...some of the ancient so-called 'negritos' of asia &amp; the pacific area also have asian type features.
besides the men you mentioned have some of the blackest hearts of the 20th century...
it's not the tone that makes you black it's the mindset...nuff a dem have a black skin &amp; a white heart and vice versa...

as far as one drop rule...it was originally created by racist whites who didn't want to 'contaminate the purity' of their race but has come back to bite them in the fanny as it naturally increases the number of 'blacks' when mixed people are categorically called 'black'...then again racial lines are not clear-cut and sometimes very subjective...what is black in america may not be in the dominican or jamaica

But that is not what the MAJORITY of people of African descent look like.

I never said they weren't Black. Someone asked about people who look White but identify themselves as Black. Remember I am the one in favour of one drop rule.

Sometimes if people are very mixed their appearance may not be clearly Black or White. But I am talking about people like Tiger Woods who CLEARLY look Black and yet deny it. Some of the Dominicans, Puerto Ricans and some really backward Jamaicans would fall into the same category.

You know Tropicana, for me it is no different if a person is jet black and think líke white people(acculturated) or they are mixed. It is the same thing. As a matter of fact, I prefer a person who acknowledges who they are vs someone who do not know who they are.

I see plenty of stupid talk shows of African Americans who deny paternity to a child because it looks mixed or white.
This dumbness can only happen because they dont know who they really are.

I accept that society have these rigid categories of black, white and what not, but I know who I am and that makes me unique and proud.

If one accepts who he is then he has no problems with what other people think. Whether they are white or African American.

One can see that Tiger Woods is other than black, or black people have green-yellow-brown eyes too?

it took 400 years of brainwashing to blow the minds of many blacks so likewise it may take 400 years to wash it back...

it's psychological; people who have been denigrated &amp; slandered in every media &amp; forum possible naturally tend to want to dis-associate themselves from that scorned group..they will do anything to identify with the more esteemed group...they will change their appearance with skin &amp; hair cremes or whatever else it takes to distance themselves from the group...

i can call it out now because i was there once- deaf dumb &amp; blind; but slowly the truth comes out and the self-hatred syndrome will be crushed
