but this is more figurative as we know the litigation would be endless &amp; costly;

That exactly what it was and there is nothing wrong with it, same for 12 Tribes of Israel and Bewardian Movement, one man had a vision and got together with others and exploited that vision.

Now Pinnacle had been dead and gone for eons so how is this village a slap in the face of Pinnacle?
Aren’t there places such as the Bob Marley Museum, Bob Marley Grave site, Trench Town, Peter Toshe's burial ground and the aforementioned Nyah Binghi Compounds where the GP and the Faithful can behold the wonders of Rastafari for a price?

From what I have observed it was Bob Marley's Funeral that really changed the way Rastafarian and others viewed a person that had past and the exploitation of the memory of the dead.
Previously all Rastafarians I knew would never attended a funeral unless it was close relative and/or he was prepared to cut his locks.

Bob funeral changed all that and even Rastafarians have made pilgrimages to places and events connected with the celebration of Bob's life and passing. I say this to say that Pinnacle and Ras Howell was never celebrated with such open expression even by the ones who would remember him.
I know that for a fact because I grew up in with only a fence separating us from one of the largest so-called Big Yards in the City where dozens of dreads would gather to reason day and night. In fact up, down and around our streets there were dreads of all persuasion, some following Howell's ideas and other barely on the fringe of Rastafarianism.

The one problem with these discussions branching off into these idiotic polemics is that it puts one in an invidious position of seeming to defend or to argue against one side or the other, but it is a reflection of how dishonest some of us are that we would cause others to fly down these rat holes with the hope of putting to rest false notions. Rastafarianism as <span style="font-family: 'Arial Black'">Humano</span> said is not an homogenous movement, nor as I have demonstrated is it static, ideas come and go and each camp will put forward their own interpretation of those news ideas as well a re-interpretation and overstanding of past expressions of the faith.

It is idiotic responses such as this why I really cannot take anything too seriously that you and some others write.
Okay let's go forward and edit all my post remove the one or to isms and replace it with Rasta, Rastafarian or whatever you feel like, then challenge my arguments on the basis of sense of what I write not the one or two words that you choose to cherry pick and whine about.
So today's objectionable words is: Rastafarianism, joins exploitation and authentic. Let’s agree to avoid using them so we can move forward.

It is hilarious that this Rasta Disney World that has now become an assault to the memory of Pinnacle, is been compared to Jones Town and the Branch Dravidian Compound. I think the ones making such comparisons did not overstand what Jones Town, The Branch Dravidian and Pinnacle represented as against this Rasta Disney Village.

I think there needs to be some education before some respondents commit foolishness to the board.
