Every time discussions about music, mores and Jamaican Culture comes up I say this. The slackness was always in the Dance Hall , that is a given and if are to look then we might have go too far forward.

The Social Barriers bruk down.....

Michigan and Smiley put their artistic fingers on what was happening and how it was suppose to play out - as in One Love JamDown. Instead the Leadership at the time used the openness of the people for something different. Hate and mistrust was interjected into the game.

Instead of amalgamating the best of both worlds, we went to war on our culture, our own society, our own people, now we are more broken, more confused and further apart than ever.

Good luck to anyone trying to put the toothpaste forward into the tube!
