I should have asked what Third World country of similar population and poverty levels has accomplished what Cuba has done in less than 50 years and while at war with the United States but I would have figured you'd have the intelligence to understand what I was saying in context.
For instance Jamaica has a per capita income level about US$1000.00 higher than does Cuba and Jamaica placed 100th in human development.
