There are alot of singers entertainers that make a lot of noise, chant popularist anti poltician rhetoric...and stay at that same way for the entire career... Some others have grown...changed... become more worldly....Tony Rebel is in the latter case.. I seem to recall when he went on the anti informer trip as a young entertainer...He made comments that are more worldly.. and that line he has is one of the greatest lines in a song that ever came out..

There are the great and good who could not encapulate the responsibility that we have to our own children and the responsibility we have to others... That line a simple was a scalpel cut against the power of the so called community leaders...
As I said we have never appriciated the creative forece that we in Jamaica have.. if we examine the songs in the last 50 years we will see the sentiment of all the great world philopshers.. while I never ever listen Buju, Burro Ninja Mavaldo et al, I am aware of them and beleive they make a number of multiple postive contributions to Jamaica.. Thous I flinch at their agressive attitudes, the ccontnent of their songs.... Again that is a reaction on my part.. and I beleive that
think of that Song Muderer .. fantastic stark.. personal.. So here is what I say if we appriciate our creative force we need to realise that no where, no where on this planet is there a nation that has this desire to be creative.. even the untalented.. what this means is we can be creative not merely muscially or lyrically but poltically, economically, techn ically.. Take Omar Davis that man was the most creative finance minister in the world! (Doesnt prevent you being imoral and creative!).. esstentially we dont need out siders telling us what to do philospohically...we already know!

I can't speak of Europe but the above statement is true of many North American cities, it's not Kingston specific. </div></div>
In Sweden you could go where you want to go, when ever, as long as you don't offend anyone else or break the law u could do what you want to do. Its illegal to carry any type of knifes or guns. If u beat someone up u could go to jail, but more likely u have to pay damage money to the victim...Comment

I do not question Jamaicans ability to solve their own problems. I know of Jamaicans that got the opportunities and did sort out their lifes. Jamaica is corrupt, ruled with the man with most money n dons, the opportunities is not there. The Jamaicans Ive talked to is not even intrested in politics, I would like to see everyone voting, not only the rich, and I want everyone to have the same opportunities.
Why are you so against someone helping you?
Ive read about JLP and they seem great, so I wonder what is the main difference between JLP and PNP?Comment

Because I said that you have to many murderes in Jamaica and I would like to prevent that, You assume that I dont know anything about Jamaica and try to insult me. Do you know anything about my capability? Why do you oppose that statement? I know some parts of Jamaica are more tranquile but that doesnt change the fact that you have problem areas and have the third highest murder rate in the world. Do it?
It´s very sad that you are so prejudice, not only you but many Jamaicans do not want help, they think they could do it themself, offcourse you could, anyone could. But do you?
From what Ive seen Jamaicans doesnt try fix the problem, they say a so it go, and just accept the fact. But what do I know I havent lived in Jamaica all my life, and I suppose you think that you only understand Jamaica if you have, because if u just live there some months you dont see whats happening. The vikings where only a small part of the people. Most people where peaceful farmers, fishermen n haunters. During that time we had famines n some went abroad to try live there. Correct me if Im wrong but I believe that most Jamaicans came to Jamaica as slaves taken from Africa, Sweden did not have anything to do with that. The vikings where rulers of The Nordic Sea just like the romans ruled de Mediterranean, I tink it was the English that took slaves to Jamaica.
2007 America took in 466 refugees from Irak, Sweden took in more refugees then America n the rest of Europe COMBINED. 2006 Sweden took in 24.320 refugees.
2009 Sweden took in 102.280 refugees!
America give the highest amount of money, but Sweden give most money in the world to others if u count on how much money the country have. Sweden give 0,98%, luxenburg 0,92% only five countries in the world give more then 0,7%.
If there is a famine anyweh in di worl sweden go deh n help, give medicine n help when it war, when earthquake in Haiti Sweden de first deh, etc etc.....Comment

But I tink that's stupid couse my husband is Jamaican n he will be getting a Swedish visa soon, n then he could vote and so, Probably he couldnt be statsminister, I guess thats like me n ja... My frien also say that I will have to leave my Swedish citizenship if I wanna become Jamaican, but Ive read bout that u could have as many citizenship u waan, as long as u pay n dem test whether r not dem shld grant u citizenship...Comment
