The establishment tells him “ It’s because you’re black, blah ,blah and they are racist at Harvard, that is why you are not getting the grades. Plausible YES! Factual NO!
The fact is it is not RACISM. In Harlem he was being taught by some mediocre teachers who reward mediocrity. At Harvard he’s now competing with the best. Therefore it may seem as if it racism BUT IT’S NOT! But the black establishment, NAACP etc, will tell him that it is racism.

Why would the GOV send someone half way around the world to sit on a plane and try to set up Buju who pose no threat to them? Based on the testimony and the Prosecutors argument, Buju may not have have put any money in the deal nor profit from it. However his actions prove that he was conspiring to poses with the intent to distribute.

Buju’s action’s plus the damaging evidence of him tasting coke is enough to come to the conclusion that he know what he was getting into. In addition the answer ‘s he gave during the cross examination did not stick.

The “Gay Mafia” is a powerful sect. They are not the little peasants you see demonstrating at Buju concert. If they wanted Buju, they don’t have to waste time and do what you are saying they did.
All they have to do is call BARNEY FRANK or any other gay Senator and let them know that THEY WANT BUJU VISA TO CANCEL. Barney then calls the State Dept who contacts the US Embassy and cancels his Visa.

this is a different issue which you are setting up a scenario which can not be verified...
you automatically assume that a black student from harlem will be in the bottom of the barrell at harvard...

it's plausible like you said in the beginning, but highly unlikely...
if you study MLK you will see that his stance in his final days (opposing the vietnam war, criticizing the gov'ts poverty stance, etc.) made him very unpopular &amp; dangerous to the gov't &amp; status quo...you will learn that prez johnson took away his security detail which he knew meant almost certain death...
