Sue, I'd forgotten about the quick release wheels! Fortunately my cable is long enough to lap through both AND whichever 'root' I attach it to.

Dragged my lazy body out last night and did hills training with the club. I managed 4 before the lungs gave out [img]/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/70394-bawlout.gif[/img] [img]/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/dizzy.gif[/img] then I jogged 3/4 of the way home. Felt good this morning. No after-effects, so I'm either getting fitter or I'm not working hard enough [img]/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/70402-thinking.gif[/img]

A week and a half til my next race (3 1/2 mile corporate run) so I'm aiming to do a long run with the club on Sunday.

ah, you're one of dem goody goodies! Sue, the company pays the fees and we get a t-shirt and a little food and drink (beer) at the end. It's a fun run really, nothing serious.

mi ran some hills once fram mi reach hereso, and mi nearly dead when mi did finish.

so is peer hike and bike mi been doin....

mi have a race when mi reach back stateside...mi nuh know how daht gwine go.....

I kinda went into a lull then I went back to training...running, biking, swimming. I am still nursing couple fractured toes and right now the foot is hurting. I had all intentions to bike 14 miles this morning but the bed did too nice. By the time I got up the sun a bun hot. Later after the sun goes down I'll go for a ride. Earlier in the week I had a great 6 mile run...it was on natural terrain. Only had to deal with sticks and pieces of wood in my path. I'm getting better each time with the swim...now I can do 3 laps without feeling major winded. So far this week it has been indoor training.

Hi ladies I've three stress factures two in my toes and one on the top of my foot. I had the MIR done a week ago, bwoy mi foot is hurting I hope they heal fast because I've a 5K August 25th.

JPMorganChase run last night (6K). Packed to hell, but fun, even if the idiot walkers would insist on taking up space directly in front of me, rather than walk in single file on the extreme right or left of the course [img]/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/mad.gif[/img]

According to the official timer I ran the course in 36.36, but as it took me 3.06 to get to the start time, I did it in 33.30 which I think was quite respectable [img]/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/dance01.gif[/img]

Hills tonight [img]/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/70394-bawlout.gif[/img] but I'll have to crawl as my legs are feeling it right now.
