Yesterday I swam, bike and run. Didn't had a good swim...damn pool was crowdy with people playing volley ball. Bloody people took up bout three quarter of the swim lanes. Not much space for me to do laps. I had a good bike ride...did 10 miles on the alpine course. Mi poor batty did get cawn. Ran 2 miles only. My legs were feeling shot.
Today I went running and did 4 miles. The evening dragged out and I did not get to stretch...I've been feeling so tight and I haven't done yoga in *many* moons. After these tri's I'm ready to go back to my regular workout schedule. </div></div>
(((Sandi))), I got like that. What helped was to get up early in the morning and do pilates (which believe it or not has a lot of stretching in addition to the core work). Then I would spend the evenings training.
As for me....went out this evening, actually I am still in my sweaty clothes Did a long ride. From my house to the mall and back (doing the back roads) is 27 miles. Legs are pretty tired, but I feel good. The muggies are forecast to come back this weekend, so I may take my workout indoors until it breaks.
Keep up the good work folks. I plan to treat myself to a new poet dress I saw in the new fall Spiegel catalogue.
