no one has an argument with the fact that the educational system as offered to poor people has fallen from what it use to be...but juss as before, the smarter poor kids will use what they r afforded and will rise..wat is disappointing, is that 40 years into Independence and despite the many credible influences we can point to as having been started by Jamaicans, our homegrown society remains stagnant if not regressing....

see , some of us do see and r willing to evaluate regardless of whose position we call into play...wat we don't do is echo the same said 'prejudices' we claim to have an aversion to....fine line but it is 'trodable'

I grew up in a home with two parents, my father had a J O B..stayed with my mom until he died..the same for most of those whom I grew up with in W..Kgn, which then was A MIDDDLE CLASS COMMUNITY by standards comparable to some of those today even in Upper Sint. one does not have to accept Jamica's political policies or systems in order to defend it's good people. they are mutually exclusive.

so why does this have to be about the person BND and not her statement...and why the need for some to take this as a personal assault against her and not her statement...and why not query HER statement...is there some demarkation that we r not aware of...for today, it is a couple of statements that came under her posting that seem to be the focus...

some r asking for clarification, based on previous interaction , others , wateva...but why the lumpsum condemnation of the earmarking of watevers...
that is wat concerns me around here at times....any discussion that may erupt around some is classified based on so many erroneous assumptions..

.ah well...was interesting while it lasted....we now will become bogged down in who is on whose side and before u know it calls to lock it dung will go forth....
