Local reports then established that the fire was started by a PNP aligned Gang.
Some 20 odd years later (and one would think time enough for the PNP CIA lore to percolate down to the PNP Gangsters that hey anytime this ting come up seh a CIA dweet), a PNP Gangster to extricate himself out of the accusation that they roasted old folks in their beds. Claimed it was a fight between two rival PNP Gang..

I only posted it to show the <span style="font-size: 17pt">contrast/variance</span> between <span style="font-size: 17pt">your</span> dishonest fiddling with historical events and the position of <span style="font-size: 17pt">folks, not unconnected</span> with the events, yet similarly want tio extricate themselves from the sordid reality <span style="font-weight: bold">that Jamaicans would torture and kill innocent old folks as they lay peacefully in a retirement home.</span>
